Online services of student office
You can order from the electronic study office
- a study certificate (certificate of participation)
- transcript of study record
- copy of your lost qualification certificate/ certificate for completing a qualification unit
- certificate of termination of studies.
When picking up the document from the student office, be prepared to prove your identity with a photo ID. Only valid photo documents are accepted as proof of identity. In Varia, the following documents are accepted as proof of identity:
- Finnish passport
- Foreign passport. In addition to a valid foreign passport, persons from outside the EU or Schengen countries must present a valid visa or residence permit card.
- Finnish identity card or identity card issued by EU or Schengen countries
- Finnish driving licence
The customer must have an original ID card, just a photo of the ID card is not enough.
The Reception Centre's customer card or residence permit card are not official forms of identification and are not valid as proof of identity on their own.
